SHIPPING

THERE WILL BE NO FREE SHIPPING during the close-out sale -- only the flat rates will be available.

Please allow 1-3 business days for processing your order + the shipping times listed during check-out. These are estimates that USPS gives, no guarantees. The shipping times during checkout are only for shipping times. They do not include our processing times.

Lemon and Loom has no control over delays once in the hands of USPS.

During sales, allow for 2-3 weeks process + shipping time due to a high volume of orders.

Please make sure the shipping address is correct (including your Paypal and Apple Pay address if you checkout with those) as an incorrect address may significantly delay your order. 

In an effort to get orders out as quickly as possible, our shipping software will automatically combine shipments when able. However, we are unable to accommodate requests to manually combine orders or refund shipping charges.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For international orders, once the package leaves the U.S., the packages are transferred to country’s delivering service. Once in the hands of international courier, we are unable to track packages or know how long they will take to arrive at their destinations. 

Due to high shipping expenses, all international orders are final sale. 

 

SHIPPING INSURANCE

If you choose not to purchase shipping insurance through ROUTE, Lemon & Loom will not liable for lost or stolen packages. All insurance claims will go through ROUTE.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We are going out of business, no returns or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

PRICE ADJUSTING

We cannot price adjust on any orders.
